We offer store credit for returns only. Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Weeping Willow Boutique within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, fragrance-free) with original tags still attached. Shipping will not be issued a credit unless there is an issue on our end. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 3 business days to process your return.

What if I want to exchange an item? Our inventory is limited to ensure we always have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we will have the exact item still available once we receive your return. We can only exchange for the same exact item but different size. We are not able to exchange or hold different items. If you need a different size please note that on the return form and we will fulfill your order if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we will send you a credit and notify you through an email.
